About This Project

Built in 1903 – and untouched since it was originally built, this house screamed for a face-lift! Saying this 2,300 square ft., 2.5 story was a big job MAY be an understatement…but at the end of the day, this house turned out absolutely incredible – a one of a kind home in the city of Saskatoon, SK.  The beauty of this house is that it has all the charm of it’s original cosmetic character, but has been updated from top to bottom (including: new wiring, new plumbing, new windows, new furnace & water heater, as well as a new basement floor).  Some of our favourite features of the renovation include:

  • Double grout line subway tiles in the kitchen
  • Custom walnut countertops
  • A vintage inspired bathroom
  • The gorgeous patterned wallpaper we added in the office
  • And of course…our staple farmhouse sink

**Paint colors used: Gray Owl, Blue Echo, and Simply White (Benjamin Moore)
