A little bit about Dean...
Dean officially got his start in construction at the age of 15 doing labor on construction job sites. He has worked in numerous types of construction where he learned the importance of “measure twice, cut once” and started honing his skill as a perfectionist. In all of the years since, his attention-to-detail and commitment to owner satisfaction have been integral to his success in construction. Dean worked as an iron worker and site supervisor for five years and worked alongside Ian with Spruce Homes before starting his own construction company.
When Dean's not working...
In his spare time, Dean spends time with his wife Baillie and puppy Winnie. In the winter you may find Dean ice fishing at Blackstrap or riding his snowmobile in the area. During the summer he is an avid golfer and enjoys camping or doing anything outside.
A little bit about Ian...
Ian's passion for woodworking started in woodshop class while in high school. After high school he worked at a centre for youth employment skills training in the core neighbourhoods where he had the opportunity to teach at risk youth how to build wooden furniture. From there he went on to work in a cabinet shop where his main focus was spray finishing. At the cabinet shop he also learned how to build full kitchens as well as the install process. Throughout his career in construction, he has worked as a site supervisor and project manager for multiple home builders in Saskatoon. He has spent all of his career in the residential construction field doing small home renovations, house flips, and new home builds.
In Ian's spare time...
In his spare time, Ian enjoys being with his fiancee, their three kids, two dogs, and two cats on their acreage where they do lots of outdoor activities as a family.

Simply White by Benjamin Moore because it’s my GO TO color and you can layer any texture or pop of color with it to create personality!
Would you rather have all the traffic lights you approach be green or never have to stand in line again?
All the traffic lights green! I’ve been known to get a few red light tickets in my day LOL.
A little bit about Baillie...
Baillie first started in the the real estate industry at 18 years old working for a real estate brokerage for four years, managing listings and marketing. She then went on to be a real estate assistant for one of the top agents in Saskatoon managing listings, sales, and everything in between for five years. Since then, Baillie has started, grew, and currently runs three of her own businesses in the health and wellness space while doing marketing and business development for Dean and Ian.
When Baillie isn't working...
She is thinking about work, haha! She enjoys spending time with her husband Dean, puppy Winnie, walking the trails in her area, riding the Peloton, or enjoy a dairy-free London fog with a girlfriend.
