This 1,750 square foot infill floor plan is one of our absolute favourites! There is no shortage of space or organization in this plan. Complete with a large living room, dining room and kitchen – this house is absolutely perfect for entertaining! The 2nd floor boasts three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious laundry room. The basement is a perfect area to either finish now or down the road. There is room in the basement for a wet bar, extra-large TV area, a guest bedroom, bathroom, and lots of storage in the utility room. This is definitely our most creative use of space in a floor plan to date!
