As with new construction, having a reliable process is important. For us, an important piece is ensuring that construction runs smoothly. To achieve this, we work with you to get the bulk of the decisions made before we even swing a hammer. To make that happen we work through a process that starts with an estimate, moves through design, finalize pricing and then schedule construction.
Assuming floor plans do not need to be completed, we aim to have an Estimate in your hands within 2-3 weeks. For additions or major structural work where drawings are required this will add a couple weeks to this part of the process. This will give you an idea if the renovation is viable for you to move forward before investing significant time and energy.
The Design Phase is where all selections are made and Final Pricing is put together. We allocate 6 weeks for this part of the process but it can vary depending on the size of the renovation. At this point you will have a final price based on your selections, you will receive design boards for each room you’re renovating, and we can officially sign Renovation Agreements!
Once Renovation Agreements are signed, we move forward with any permitting required and start construction as soon as permits are approved.
