We named this flip, The Camelot as it’s situated in the King George area of Saskatoon. A small 960 square foot two-storey with potential, but was overlooked by so many because of its ugly cosmetic interior! We re-did the entire house from top to bottom, including electrical and plumbing. We added a main floor bathroom, a must have for all homes.

Our goal with this home was to make it open but contain its original character as much as we could. We left all of the original chimney detail and exposed it wherever we could. The bones of the house were solid so much of our renovation was making the aesthetic of the interior and exterior more pleasing. This one didn’t sit on the market very long (only 5 days!) before a first-time home buyer swooped it up. Congratulations to our buyer and best of luck on your newest adventure!
