The Camelot Reveal

This house went from being the worst house on the block to the absolute cutest 🙂 We’re still amazed that no other house flippers saw this one sitting on the market and jumped all over it.  Lots of times people tend to overlook the smaller square footage homes, but in our eyes those are some of the most fun projects to work on! It allows us to get super creative with space and make more of an impact with small changes.

From the exterior to the interior, we gave this house “new” everything! Windows, siding, soffit & facia, kitchen, electrical, plumbing, and so on! Because the front of this home was extremely flat, I wanted to add some personality without having to re-frame anything.  We went with a white board and baton siding and added black trim and belly bands to break things up.  As you guys know, I’m a tad obsessed with window boxes so it was a must that we added one! I purchased the greenery from Home Sense and stuffed it inside the box, and TADA – we had awesome curb appeal 🙂

BEFOREBesides taking down walls, moving other walls, and replacing all the original plaster walls with drywall – we really only had to focus on the cosmetic aspect of the project.  I wanted this house to have a cozy farmhouse feel without feeling too cluttered.  In small homes, less is always more!

Sharing all the design details of the house below. This one was only on the market for 5 days before someone fell in <3 with it! We will be hosting an IG décor sale on all of the décor this Saturday, May 4th– Keep your Instagram notification on as I’ll be going live at 11AM to showcase everything we have for sale. It’s first come first serve, so the first to message us and claim the item with an e-transfer is the winner winner 😉

A huge thank you (as always) to the local business’s we collaborated with for staging.  Kirsten from Peach Poppy Designs painted a beautiful pink nightstand and kids armoire for the spaces.  Erin from Kinder Surprises Antiques provided us with all of the amazing vintage finds you see displayed throughout the home.  All items will be for sale at the décor sale!
